A travers cette question, les Chicagoans étaient invités pendant quelques semaines et jusqu’au 10 décembre dernier, à partager leurs idées sur leur vision des transports de cette ville bercée par les eaux du lac Michigan. Bus, métros et espaces publics : la campagne était placardée dans tous les réseaux afin d’inciter les voyageurs à se poser la question épineuse de l’amélioration des conditions de transports dans la ville.

Plus largement, cette première campagne constitue une tentative ambitieuse de renouveler la participation populaire aux Etats-Unis.
