Contre-attaque. Après le choc politique déclenché par la décision de Standard and Poor's, vendredi 13 janvier, d' abaisser la notation financière de la France, l' UMP et le gouvernement ont fortement insisté sur la communication d'une autre agence : Moody's. Quitte à en faire une lecture flatteuse et partielle. Tout commence lorsque l'AFP publie, lundi à 11h45, une dépêche titrée "Moody's confirme le triple A, examine la perspective". L'agence s'était donnée, fin octobre 2011, trois mois pour décider si elle conservait ou non à la France la note la plus élevée.
