Hoje eu vou falar como tenho organizado meus e-mails, pois encontrei uma maneira que tem me atendido muito bem ultimamente. Tirando o meu e-mail do trabalho (que tem um programa específico da empresa), eu utilizo o Gmail para as minhas outras atividades. Atualmente, prefiro utilizar três contas em separado para cada e-mail, em vez de centralizar as três em uma única caixa de entrada, pois dependo do login para fazer outras atividades relacionadas que não sejam o e-mail. Então prefiro fazer dessa forma no momento. Por fim, minha caixa de entrada está organizada da seguinte maneira: Tenho quatro pastas essenciais que são: Aguardando, Responder, Itens de ação e Arquivo 2014. Em Responder, coloco todos os e-mails cuja única ação relacionada seja ter tempo para responder.
