Programme. OpenData Marseille, 6 juillet 2011. Version française Marseille - 6th July 2011 Public Sector Information (PSI) has emerged as one of the most exiting issues for the next few years for developing new services using Internet technologies.

According to a study by MEPSIR “Overall market size for public sector information in the European Union ranges from €10 to €48 billion, with a mean value around €27 billion”. Several countries (USA, Canada, UK, France ...) have already decided to open up access to their public data. Many European regions (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Catalunya, Piemonte, Kent ....) and cities (Paris, London, Munich, Vienna ...) have launched their own initiatives in order to allow anyone to have access to their public data. All these initiatives are expected to have a strong impact on issues such as: But a lot remains to be done: Government administrations need to understand what is going on the next stage beyond launching a such initiative,Some licenses exists but do they cover any situation ?

Comte rendu Rencontre : Open data, des villes en mouvement (le Hub) La rencontre “ Open Data des villes en mouvement” réunissait le 16 juin à la CCIP 92 près de 170 personnes, essentiellement des cadres liés aux grands groupes informatiques, automobiles, transport public, d’équipement ainsi que des responsables Technologies de l’Information et la Communication (TIC) de collectivités. Cette rencontre fait suite aux travaux menés dans le cadre du programme DatAct , qui a réuni durant six mois, dix-sept entreprises et acteurs territoriaux autour de la définition d'cahier des charges d’une bourse d’usages des données et des services liés aux mobilités.

La CCIP 92 et le pôle de compétitivité Mov’eo étaient associés à ce programme co-organisé par (agence de design relationnel et de management de contenus numériques - partenaire du projet Là Pour Toi) et Chronos (cabinet de sociologie et de prospective).
