X_MEN_POSTER-FINAL-huge.jpg. Emma Frost. Current Events Emma Frost has become a part of the new Xavier Institute as a teacher and is a member of the new Uncanny X-Men team made up of Cyclops, Magik, Magneto, and newly awakened mutant students.

Led by Scott Summers once more, the team continues to fight for their rights for freedom in this world as they teach the younger mutants how to use their powers, all the while learning how to deal with their own mutant powers being altered from the events that transpired in Avengers vs X-Men. Origin Emma Grace Frost grew up in the rich neighborhood of Snow Valley, Massachusetts as the daughter of a wealthy, albeit abusive father. She developed her powers while under pressure from her father to succeed. Creation Emma Frost was created by writer Chris Claremont and artist/co-writer John Byrne. Character Evolution. While flying a plane with his wife and Lorna, at that time 3 years old, Arnold confronts his wife Suzanna about her affair. Hearing her parents argue, little Lorna gets upset and starts crying and screaming for her parents to stop arguing. Her mutant powers kick in and she unintentionally rips the plane apart in mid-flight. Lorna survived the crash, her parents had not. The use of her powers turned Lorna's hair from brown to green. He was sent to Earth to create the ultimate protector, Captain Britain. He ended up having twins, Elizabeth and Brian. Betsy and her twin brother's lives were anything but normal. Betsy was born and raised in England in a small town called Maldon, Essex. Creation Psylocke made her first appearance in Captain Britain #8, a Marvel UK publication, in December 1976 and was created by Chris Claremont. Character Evolution Betsy Braddock has been through many changes over the years. However, the Crimson Dawn was slowly wiping away Psylocke's personality, making her much more cold and distant. Major Story Arcs Beginning One day Betsy received news that her brother Jamie had been injured in an accident, so Betsy called Brian and the two flew back to their mansion in Britain. To set herself apart, she began dying her hair purple and her career took off.

Lady Mastermind. Current Events She was recently released from The Raft by Mystique Origin Lady Mastermind (Regan Wyngarde) is the daughter of Jason Wyngarde, also known as Mastermind when he initially controlled and then freed the Phoenix Force.

Her half-sister is Martinique Jason, also known as Mastermind II. She first appeared during an X-Men mission in Australia, where she killed Lifeguard's and Slipstream's father. Creation Regan Wyngarde was created by Chris Claremont and Salvador Larroca and first appeared in X-Treme X-Men #6 in December 2001. Major Story Arcs. Aspen Matthews. Origin Aspen is biologically the daughter of Eilah of The Blue and Rahger of The Black.

In order to save his race Rahger, leader of The Black, decided that his people needed to breed with the newer race of waterkin. To accomplish this, Rahger seduced Eilah of The Blue—the only successful mating of the two races. Aspen as the only being of her kind is the most powerful of all The Blue and The Black; it is this power that causes others try to manipulate or destroy her, or seek her as a savior. Creation Fathom was created by Michael Turner in 1998 for Top Cow at Image. Turner's cancer eventually went into remission for a while. Major Story Arcs Aspen was born of The Blue, a race of aquatic beings that could mentally control water (and sometimes ice). Aspen's latent powers activated and she survived. Blue Sun Aspen is now a marine biologist and was at San Diego, California swimming around.

Aspen eventually reawakens two days later and was greeted by Akiko ( Cannon Hawke’s assistant). Magneto (Max Eisenhardt) After witnessing the brutal murder of his family by the Nazis, Max Eisenhardt, was sent to the Auschwitz death camp where he served in the Sonderkommando, the squad of Jewish men forced to helped their Nazi masters operate the gas chambers, ovens, and fire pits of the camp.

While in Auschwitz, Max met a gypsy girl named Magda. Max and Magda survived the Holocaust, and later were married. They had a daughter, Anya. Max first consciously used his mutant powers when his family was trapped in a burning house. Unable to rescue his daughter from the blaze due to his inexperience, coupled with interference from a hostile mob, he angrily unleashed his powers to vengefully slaughter the humans. Wolverine (James Howlett) Born the second son of wealthy landowners John and Elizabeth Howlett in Alberta, Canada during the late 19th Century, James Howlett was a frail boy of poor health.

James was largely neglected by his mother, who was institutionalized for a time following the death of her first son, John Jr., in 1897. He spent most of his early years on the estate grounds and had two playmates that lived on the Howlett estate with him: Rose, a red-headed girl who was brought in from town to be a companion to young James, and a boy nicknamed "Dog" who was the son of the groundskeeper, Thomas Logan. Thomas Logan was an alcoholic and was extremely abusive to his son. The children were close friends but as they reached young adulthood, the abuse inflicted upon Dog warped his mind. His actions would lead to a tragic chain of events. that started as the three neared their adolescent years when Dog made unwanted advances toward Rose and James reported it to his father.
