Letzteres beschreibt die auszuführenden Tätigkeiten oder Aufgaben genauer, wobei sich die Managementtätigkeit aufgliedern lässt in Ziele setzen, Planen, Entscheiden, Ausführen und Umsetzen, sowie Kontrollieren.
