LAT Chair by Jeroen van Laarhoven. Dutch designer Jeroen van Laarhoven has created a collection of conjoined chairs. Called LAT - Love.Approach.Together - the seats are connected together in twos or threes by criss-cross wooden elements on the back. The inside legs of the chairs are also crossed and joined together.

Here's a bit more information from the designer: LAT chair (Love Approach Together) The concept of the LAT chair is about the loving embrace between two chairs, falling into each other as a reaction to a fragmented reality. These days we are using a lot of technological media’s to communicate with each other (mobile phones, mobile internet, social network programs etc). To stay connected with each other. To expresses the feeling that we really care about somebody in a personal way. From young to old, connected in a personal and human way.

Project Area: 2,460 sqm Project Year: 2010 Photographs: Shu He The restaurant is located on the top floor of a superstore in the new town area of Hangzhou, with 9-meter high story height and a broad view to the south. Composite bamboo boards are selected as the main material, conveying the design theme of combining tradition and modernity.
In the hall, to take advantage of the story height, some of the private rooms are suspended from the roof and creating an interactive atmosphere between the upper and lower levels, thus enriching the visual enjoyments. The entrance hall also follows the theme of bamboo. The design of private rooms embraces different characteristics. Fish Nibble Your Feet in the Nightclub Ambience of This London Spa. This is Aqua Sheko. It's a beauty spa in London. That the decor, by 7Gods, looks like the lounge of a chichi seafood restaurant, what with the slick black furniture and the underlit fish tanks, is perhaps all too fitting. The spa is a place for noshing. Except, instead of you nibbling on the fish, the fish nibble on you. Your feet, in any case. The spa bills itself as London's first "fish therapy" outpost.
Here, women and maybe some men pay good money to dunk their feet in tubs full of dead skin-suctioning Garra rufa fish for what's supposedly a first-rate pedicure. But then you have this space constantly reminding you that you're in the midst of flesh-eating fish: tanks practically everywhere; cold lights that emphasize those darting, silvery scales; black glass cladding around the furniture, creating a sort of hall-of-mirrors effect; and a geometric wall pattern so dizzying you might as well just stare at your feet.
Here they are, the fearsome pedicurists. [Via Design Milk] Miroir Liquide par Philippe Di Méo | REFLEXDECO. Boffi Bains Paris a célébré les 10 ans de Designer’s Days avec le designer Philippe Di Méo. Inspiré par l’élément eau, central à l’univers de Boffi Bains, le créateur imagine une installation onirique, qui se déploit sous la verrière du showroom parisien. 100 vagues de miroirs se projettent sur dix mètres, pour former une cascade qui accroche la lumière naturelle le jour et joue avec un éclairage « ondulant » la nuit. Évocation distanciée des estampes du japonais Hokusai, cette installation très graphique est un hommage à la magie paradoxale du liquide.
Élément du quotidien, presque ordinaire, l’eau est une source d’inspiration sans limite, qui conduit Philippe Di Méo à interpréter ici son pouvoir de réflexion, de reflets changeants pour en faire une matière extra-ordinaire, vibrante. Une utilisation intéressante de la couleur et de la texture. Le tout est à découvrir à travers plusieurs exemples et visuels, dans la suite de l’article. L'hôtel Seven joue le luxe décalé. Sélectionné par la rédaction Hôtel Seven - Suite "007" - copyright Serge Ramelli Le dossier de presse use de tous les adjectifs du dictionnaire pour qualifier cet hôtel d'un nouveau genre : créatif, effervescent, fantasque, moderne, ludique, décalé, facétieux, confident, complice, luxueux, attentionné, cocasse, efficace, sensuel, drôle, limpide, simple, zen, chic, inspiré, confortable, audacieux, enlevé, insolent... Pas mieux. Lundi soir dernier, équipé de sur-chaussures-dans-le-plus-pur-esprit-laboratoire-de R&D pour pas salir les lieux flambant neufs, j'ai donc foulé plein d'espoir le sol de cet hôtel vraiment pas comme les autres, entouré du tout Paris.
Le lobby bondé n'a sans doute pas offert tout son potentiel à l'entrée mais les sept suites visitées - en plus petit comité - oui. Le concept de l'hôtel Seven consiste à proposer un univers très marqué et très différent dans chaque suite. La suite «007» plonge dans l'univers très sixties du plus célèbre espion de tous les temps.
