Master Chu (1937-2013) sought to teach tai chi to the world. Master Chu told me he knew he had put together something good but it took about a decade of teaching it and watching people do it to realize the profound nature of his creation and to refine it. Since its inception, there has been this idea that Eternal Spring is for old people. Master Chu was once asked if there was an end to practice - if you could ever reach a point of not having to practice. Breath is the Link Between the Conscious and Unconscious Mind.
