The three Working Groups full reports and the Synthesis Report, the final part of the AR4, are available online (see here below). Hardcopies of the Summaries for Policymakers + Technical Summaries are available for free in the 6 UN official languages upon request to the IPCC Secretariat. Hardcopies of the full reports can be purchased from Cambridge University Press .
