Generation Y In Canada: National Poll Of Millennials Reveals A Troubled Generation (INFOGRAPHIC) The Huffington Post Canada polled 1,004 Canadians aged 18-30 to get a sense of what matters to Generation Y, also known as the Millennial Generation or the Echo Boom. The Abacus Data poll asked a wide range of questions, from attitudes about marriage, children and home ownership, to retirement planning and civic engagement. Above all, the findings suggest that the last four years of economic turmoil have left a profound scar on Generation Y's collective psyche, likely shaping their outlook and politics for years to come. Génération Y selon la Cegos. L’enquête du Moniteur et de la Cegos intitulée « Les 20/30 ans et le travail » a été rapidement relayé sur de nombreux sites pourtant, certains choses restaient à dire. Au delà de la conclusion de l’étude sur la rémunération qui serait la première motivation des jeunes vis à vis de leurs employeurs nous souhaitions revenir sur les éléments communiquer et nous poser de vraies questions plutôt que de faire un copié-collé déjà digéré… Les moins de 30 ans Pour commencer au slide 5, il ressort clairement l’importance de la vie de famille. Après c’est le travail ET les amis en seconde intention. Que penser de cette tendance des nouveaux embauchés à s regrouper para ou année d’expérience qui lie lieu de travail avec amitié.

Penchons nous ensuite sur le slide 6. Le plus étonnant de ce slide est le faible score de l’item donner un sens à sa vie (la génération Y est pourtant souvent décrite comme étant en quête de sens) et du développement de ses connaissances. Bref, le job à la carte. Les DRH.
