La Fondation a décidé de subventionner le centre de santé qui s'occupe des 4000 habitants de la zone de Togbota en finançant le stock de médicament annuel. On 1st November 2012 the Children and Violence Evaluation Challenge Fund announced its SECOND CALL FOR PROPOSALS aimed at funding quality evaluations of violence prevention and child protection programmes in low- and middle- income countries. A rigorous evaluation implies the use of recognized social research or evaluation methods that help to assess the changes that can be attributed to a specific intervention or that the intervention contributed to. To this end, the Fund is open to a wide range of evaluation methods varying from experimental and quasi-experimental methods to mixed methods and qualitative research.
Non-profit organizations/NGOs, universities/research institutes and, exceptionally, for-profit organizations were eligible as main applicants, while Governments and multilateral organizations could be identified only as partners. Avant d'être soumis au Conseil d’Administration de la Fondation, les dossiers sont préselectionnés par le Comité de Sélection et de Suivi des Projets (CSSP), après analyse de plusieurs critères.
