Lendo o livro, me lembrei que chego a estados semelhantes a meditação quando viajo sozinho, sem som, sem interrupções e quando corro. Ler esse pequeno ebook me fez lembrar uma frase/conceito que acredito muito: “a recompensa é a jornada”. Me lembrei também da pergunta do Tim Ferris: “Você é ocupado ou produtivo?” Meditar vai me ajudar a me tornar mais sereno.
