Hier findet der Mountainbiker Singletrails in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden, sowie eine Slalomstrecke ( orange ) mit Spitzkehren in verschiedenen Schwierigkeiten.Alle Pfade wurden naturnah angelegt und sind mit Hindernissen versehen die überall im Pfälzer Wald vorzufinden sind. Hier kann sich der fahrtechnisch begeisterte Mountainbiker nach Herzenslust austoben und sein Fahrkönnen verbessern. Für Einsteiger werden spezielle Fahrtechnikkurse mit ausgebildeten MTB Guides und Lehrern angeboten (siehe unter Fahrtechnik-Kurse und Touren) Nutzungsbedingungen: Zum Befahren des Übungsparcours benötigt man ein geeignetes Mountainbike.
