Ancient Egypt - Menu page. Egypt's Golden Empire . For Educators. Egypt's Golden Empire takes students on a journey that spans over 500 years and examines all facets of life in ancient Egypt. These lesson plans and the accompanying video clips (Requires free Real Player) are designed to showcase some of the most intriguing and historically significant people, places, and events from the film and Egyptian history. Using interactive features such as "Virtual Egypt", "Hieroglyphics" and "A Day in the Life", students will study a wide variety of subjects, including World History, Geography, Science, Art, and Religion.
