FREE Conscious Business Training | Social Entrepreneur Empowerment Series. KAOSPilot. Throughout the three year education of the KaosPilots the students focus on four disciplines, which form the basis of the school’s academic platform; namely Creative Project Design, Creative Process Design, Creative Business Design and Creative Leadership Design. When working with either of these academic focus areas the schools beliefs and values shine trough because these are an integral part of our curriculum. On top of that we have identified three focus areas: sustainability, cultural diversity and social innovation. These focus areas are addressed in each of the disciplines and help define our approach to them, as you will see in the following where you can find links to each of the discipline components. The massive rate of change that challenges most organizations today seems to be accelerating rather than being a momentary condition.

A school year starts in August and ends in June. It is a very demanding program on many levels – physically, mentally and emotionally. It is expected that the student is self-motivated and able to take responsibility for his or her own learning situation.
