Pudding Cups

http://www.bakerella.com/pudding-cups/ Wicked Good Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cups. They’re from the book, Sticky, Chewy, Messy, Gooey Treats for Kids by Jill O’Connor and just as good as their name states. Jill sent me and my niece a copy of her book as a little thank you for a post I did inspired by her Cheesecake Pops. Popsicles!

Ok, these are not pop-tarts exactly, how about just-like-pop-tarts-but-without-the-stuff-you-can’t-spell (or say)? It’s super easy, all you need is a good butter pie dough and delicious jam of your choice. And if you’re one of those who think a great pie is all about a good crust–I am of course one–these pop-tarts are perfect for you. They are filled with just enough delectable jam to punctuate the flavor without obscuring the buttery, flaky goodness of the crust. I’ve been having so much fun making them (and eating them) lately, I thought I’d share a few tricks I picked up along the way with you so your pop-tarts come out perfect every time. http://chezpim.com/bake/how-to-make-you

Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread

I’m sorry. I know it’s Monday morning and you probably came here for some pretty pictures of food that you could glance at, and then move on with your day… and here I go thrusting warm, soft cinnamon sugar bread in your face. It’s not fair.
