Home › Commons › Repository Data from the studies below are available for download. We plan to provide a data package for each dataset that contains (A) a curated dataset that contains raw, validated data, (B) the quality control normalized (QC’d) dataset that has been normalized to Sage Bionetworks standards, (C) network models built from QC’d data, (D) documentation describing data processing that is sufficient for replication of analyses (usually in the form of code), and (E) documentation describing data source, citations, and any data use restrictions.
