I was drawn to them on the way to work through the bakery window that tempts me every time I walk past because they look so sweet and delicious. While I was in there I noticed an amazingly designed wedding cake which was truly a baked piece of art and now I seemed to have grown quite a fondness for fondant design! Cakes and cupcakes seem to be more popular than ever at the moment and with some very talented bakers out there, there is always some brightly coloured sponge masterpiece on display in a shop window. It seems a shame to have to eat them after all the effort that was put into them.
