And ever since it opened I have been a regular. Each time I go to TJ’s it’s a little adventure of what new thing to try. Notice how I keep repeating the word wild? Once I started buying the canned salmon, then came the task of what to do with the stuff. These salmon cakes have become a regular in my meal rotation now. These salmon cakes are delicious cold as well (I prefer them this way), which means you won’t have to nuke your leftovers. Makes 6 large cakes Ingredients 2 6 ounce cans wild salmon Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
