The idea is something like this. Users will come to your web site and see a list of available courses. Then they will register to attend a course. You will teach them via a learning management system (LMS), web conferencing tool and similar other tools. How to do that? Here’s the brief outline for setting up an online training portal supported by the open-source LMS Moodle.
