Il y a quelques jours, un ami attirait mon attention sur le fait quelque peu incongru que l’article Open source de Wikipédia était soupçonné… d’enfreindre un droit d’auteur ! L'article Open Source soupçonné d'enfreindre le droit d'auteur ? Paradoxal, mais aussi très instructif quant à la manière dont la communauté des Wikipédiens s'est organisée pour apporter une réponse à ce type de problèmes. Ici la question qui se pose est de savoir si un extrait intégré à l'article est suffisamment bref pour cadrer avec l'exception de "courte citation" du droit français. En creusant un peu, on découvre d’autres cas similaires (comme celui-ci – parfaitement de saison !
