Zac's House The house is positioned against the rear and side boundaries, consolidating a useful garden area overlooking a pre-existing tennis court. The project utilises robust materials, largely in their raw state, to achieve an economical yet beautiful house. The single storey dwelling, almost imperceptible to its neighbours, is a complying development, realised without the need for lengthy planning approvals.
