Anthony Owen, 68, (pictured) was found by two members of the public lying next to his still-running car in Hale Road, Widnes, Cheshire, with serious head injuries on March 11 and died in hospital six days later. Police said three teenagers, aged 14, 16 and 17, all from Widnes, have been arrested and are in custody.

Starting today, the Newseum is testing a watermarking system to prevent illegal downloads of the newspaper front pages. Through a special agreement with more than 800 newspapers worldwide, the Newseum displays these front pages each day on its website. The front pages are in their original, unedited form, and some may contain material that is deemed objectionable to some visitors.
