I guess it was unfair of me to think that my pies would come out like the ones on the box (or in the pictures) but to be completely fair, I've only used the pan once. Everything mentioned already has been pretty accurate. Some of the juices/sugars ran from under the pop-outs onto my oven rack, the pies popped out of the pan without me having to use a non-stick spray or flour, and the pies cooked evenly/quickly. The 2 reasons this didn't get 4 stars without is because the cutter doesn't make circles big enough to reach from edge to edge of each slot for the pie bottom or tops. Also, I'm hoping to sell what I make in these pans and at $28 (after taxes) for each pan, production can get a little expensive. Of course, I'll be doing my research to see if I can find it cheaper elsewhere.
