It still amazes me that a small majority of talent today think that they don’t need to make a solid effort to showcase their professional skills and personality to a recruiter when actively looking for a job. Luckily, the majority of talent that I organise to meet on a day-to-day basis, do really impress me and 9/10 times will show me their “wow factor”. By the way, I’m not referring to looks; I’m referring to the way that a talent interacts with me on the phone, or when I’m interviewing or qualifying a job with you in person.
