Friends and loved ones, As we write this final CaringBridge update we are overwhelmed by not only the breadth and depth of the relationships our mother and wife has cultivated, but by the amazing sense of community we felt over the last two years.
We could not have walked this journey alone--and we thank you so much for your ongoing friendship, love, support and prayers. This weekend we celebrated a beautiful life and we go now onward to seek to live as she lived, taking in every bit of life she could and embracing it. Thank you for all you have done, for celebrating with us, and more memorializing mom's memory through your gifts to DenUM, Crossroads, and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
