The house is very cozy and perfect for a family. It has two "parent sized' bedrooms, one tiny BR with a double futon, and a large futon in the living room. With only one bathroom and one living room (with close seating for 8) it might be a little too much togetherness for 2 families, but perfect for grandma or auntie to tag along! It has a perfect ocean front deck that is partially covered (so both sun or shade).
