Every client will be treated as a future horse owner and as such will be given theory and stable management that will be essential to their success as a confident self-sufficient horse owner, as well as a rider. Students who own horses are welcome and special discounts are available to clients who take lessons on their own horses. PRP has discounts for families with more than one rider taking lessons, and for riders who want to ride more than one time a week. Payment plans are available on either a pay as you go approach or by selecting various block plans.

Students must be 7 years of age or older. Students are required to wear hard soled shoes with a defined heel. New students will be selected on the basis of a one hour $80 evaluation lesson. When I first came to Woodlawn, I had been riding for 8 years, I was in a intermidiate class. Most of the girls in my class didn't really know what they were doing, and we weren't jumping very high. I came knowing my lead changes and jumping 2.6ft in shows, and they put me in a class with girls who barely knew their leads. Many of the horse bite, I got bit at least once each lesson.
