(Data Pad 1)- The Committee can influence humanity without their knowing in order to achieve desired results (Data Pad 3)- 48452-556-EPN644 is the AI that suggested they allow humans to examine them, starting with him.- The Assembly Minority seemingly went behind the backs of the Committee in order to influence humanity towards making an obvious connection between Dr. Carver's findings and a re-launch of the ORION program.
