Next week on June 5th Lenny Kravitz (Cinna) will celebrate the 21st Anniversary of his 1991 album Mama Said with a Deluxe Edition re-release. In addition to the original line-up, 21 bonus tracks will be included, among them 15 previously unreleased recordings from Lenny’s personal archives. From the press release:

A few days ago the rumor began that Lionsgate was looking at Robert Pattinson to play Finnick in Catching Fire . Because we received some very passionate comments from your guys about that potential casting choice, we wanted to be sure to share the latest news on the issue: Robert himself confirmed to USA Today that he’s not being courted for the role. “I woke up this morning and saw all these things about me being cast in The Hunger Games ,” Pattinson tells USA TODAY.
First off, let me say sorry for my lack of updates! As I have said before, I am a single mother that works full time. To top that off I am in the process of trying to buy a house which requires a large amount of money. My main computer fried on me and to be honest I haven’t had the funds available to buy a new one and still save money for a home.

It has been confirmed by Lionsgate that Director Francis Lawrence will direct The Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire. Here’s a message from Francis Lawrence for the Hunger Games fans posted on the official Facebook page of The Hunger Games movie : “Hello fellow Hunger Games fans! I just want you all to know how unbelievably excited and honored I am to be a part of Catching Fire. At the end of the day, all of the work that I put in to my movies is for you — the fans. Make sure to post and let me know what you’re most excited to see in this adaptation as we aim to make something truly faithful and spectacular!”
We’re back again with our third week of Casting Fire in which the Mockingjay.net staff discusses the potential of actors for roles in ‘Catching Fire’. This week we’re discussing Richard Jenkins , who recently starred in the Lionsgate film ‘The Cabin in the Woods’. Crystal I recently saw Richard Jenkins in Cabin in the Woods and thought he was quite good. However, he doesn’t really scream Beetee for me as much as some of our other casting choices.
