The benefit of being an employee of Marble rather than being directly engaged via an agency is that you will be entitled to claim any qualifying expenses that you incur in the performance of your duties such as travelling to and from each assignment, the cost of lunch and any tools you need to perform your duties. Marble will have to account for things like employers national insurance and holiday pay from the money we receive from the agencies which will have a knock effect to the gross amount we pay you but as part of your pay (the expenses element) can be reimbursed to you tax free, your take home pay will be higher than if you worked directly for an agency.
