Benga (links), Skream (Mitte) und Artwork (rechts) – als einzelne Künstler sind sie maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, dass sich Dubstep mit Beginn des neuen Millenniums in den Londoner Clubs etablierte und seine charakteristischen Bässe seitdem in die ganze Welt hinausschickt. Man denke da zum Beispiel nur an unbestrittene Hymnen wie “Night” , die es mühelos auch auf unsere Tanzflächen schafften. In diesem Jahr haben sich Benga, Skream und Artwork nun unter dem Namen Magnetic Man als erste Supergroup des Genres zusammengetan und bei einem Major Label unterschrieben.
