I’m pleased to announce two wetlab workshops I’m organizing that will run in September. We’re going to do a DIYbio.to #ScienceHack See These wetlab workshops involve learning: (1) how to rationally design DNA, assemble your DNA design using real DNA, and; (2) then booting up your assembled DNA in a bacteria. We then let the bacteria grow for a couple days and check out the results, and log them in your lab book to share with the world. Fun and mind blowing for bio-amateurs, bio-elite, and all in between.
