1 bag Kraft caramels 6 tbsp. evaporated milk 1 c. flour 1 c. quick oats 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 3/4 c. chopped walnuts 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Melt caramels with evaporated milk (microwave on high 2 minutes/stir/2 minutes more).
