Our UV/Black Light Paint is water based for easy clean up, & will dry within 90 minutes. We only offer our paint currently in a Clear Latex matte Finish. While certain color pigments are of the highest quality & cost more we have compared our paints to others without comparison in price & quality. Use outdoors or in a well ventilated area, when temperature is between 65-90°F(18-32°C). Clean and dry surface to be painted, remove any dirt, grease or moisture. Cover nearby area to protect from overspray.
