The Education Alliance: Teaching Diverse Learners -- Culturally Relevant Teaching. SayYestoNo.org. It Isn’t Easy Being a Parent These Days… Our kids are being programmed to want more, more, more—yet it’s no longer possible, or even reasonable, to give it to them. Now, more than ever, parents need to set limits and instill self-discipline. They need to reset priorities and restore balance and values. But how? SYTN Can Help! Say Yes to No (SYTN) is a new parent education program–a series of 5 workshops filled with practical strategies to help parents raise more self-aware, self-disciplined, self-reliant kids.

This parent education program — and a community movement — was sparked by Dr. The Book SYTN began as a book, written by Dr. The Program The ideas in the book struck a deep chord, and parents began asking for more: more answers, more tools, more specifics. These include Childnet's cyberbullying film, Let’s Fight It Together, and a unique drama documentary produced by students with accompanying lesson plan. 1) Let's Fight It Together What we can ALL do to prevent cyberbullying ‘Let’s Fight It Together’ is an award winning film produced by Childnet for the Department for Children Schools and Families to help sensitise young people to the pain and hurt which can be caused by cyberbullying.

A full Teachers’ Guide and lesson plan has been produced by Childnet for teachers to help in the preparation of showing this film and looking at the issues of cyberbullying which the film addresses.
