About Pokémon Reorchestrated | Pokémon Reorchestrated. PREO Mission Statement Pokémon Reorchestrated (or PREO for short) is a one-man project started by Skotein in early 2010 with the goal of bringing the music of the celebrated Pokémon RPG series to life through rich, realistic, orchestral arrangements of the original tunes. All of the music for PREO can be streamed and listened to on Skotein’s official YouTube channel .
