A time to clean out the clutter in my home…and in my diet. It was nice knowing you, pie. The past months have been frigid, and I ate more fat than I normally would. I feel run down and sluggish, which doesn’t work too well with my work-at-home/full-time mom life. So, what’s the solution? Since my schedule is busy, I prefer to drink my fruit and veggies. Now that strawberries are in season, I plan to whip up strawberry smoothies as often as possible.
