Hi BodyRockers, Some thoughts on this journey we call BodyRocking… Many of you beginners have written us emails lately on how discouraged you were to discover that not everyone around you supports your fitness journey. One new BodyRocker described how their world seemed to divide before their eyes between the people who love what they are doing and the people who completely hate it. How can fitness and the desire to be healthy, strong and outrageously good looking (to borrow a line from Zoolander) inspire such intense emotional reactions from family and friends? It’s not like you announced your intention to rob banks for a living… so why all of this judgement and negativity? The answer I think is that most people are sedentary.
