The Fellowship of the Ring: Book One in The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Customer Review At last – The Definitive Recording!
– There are a number of Lord of the Rings recordings out there, including a superb dramatization by the BBC. But there is only ONE set of unabridged recordings of the trilogy — from Recorded Books and read by Rob Inglis. For many years, I’ve treasured the set of these recordings I have on compact disc. But never before now have I been able to find them for audio download — until now!!!

City of Glass: Book 3 Customer Review – “Fantastic!”
Fantastic storyline, and the narrator is perfect again! Natalie Moore is definitely my favorite narrator for this series, she really brings the characters to life with perfect voices and attidues. Great job! I really wish she would have done the entire series… it’s exhausting adjusting to so many narrators and so many different character voices. City of Glass: Publisher’s Summary To save her mother’s life, Clary must travel to the City of Glass, the ancestral home of the Shadowhunters — never mind that enter-ing the city without permission is against the Law, and breaking the Law could mean death. To make things worse, she learns that Jace does not want her there, and Simon has been thrown in prison by the Shadowhunters, who are deeply suspicious of a vampire who can withstand sunlight. As Clary uncovers more about her family’s past, she finds an ally in mysterious Shadow-hunter Sebastian.

To fully appreciate it, I re-listened to book one and then continued straight into book two. The first thing I noticed is the different narrator, which at first I thought would be an issue, but it wasn’t. Natalie Moore did a wonderful job and after only 15 minutes or so I forgot she was a different narrator. As the adventure continued in this book you find yourself in a world full of thrills, excitement, puzzlement, joy, sadness, love, war, and the want for more. City of Ashes Publisher’s Summary Clary Fray just wants her life to go back to normal – but that turns out to be impossible. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins - Free Audio Book 1. Mockingjay: The Final Book of The Hunger Games Audio Book. Customers Review – “Excellent End to the series” I found this to be a wonderful ending to this epic trilogy.
It went on so many twists and turns that I had no idea where it would end up. I would guess what would happen next, and though I was right, the book would amp up what just happened to levels I wasn’t expecting. It is quite violent, but that’s the nature of the series, and I applaud it for being so gritty.
All in all, this is a series that should be read. Publisher’s Summary Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice. Still hungry? ©2010 Suzanne Collins (P)2010 Scholastic Audio What the Critics Say “At its best the trilogy channels the political passion of 1984, the memorable violence of A Clockwork Orange, the imaginative ambience of The Chronicles of Narnia and the detailed inventiveness of Harry Potter.”
“Fans will be happy to hear that Mockingjay is every bit as complex and imaginative as Hunger Games and Catching Fire.” Play Sample or.
