Ha Gao is a Dim Sum delicacy which originated from Guang Dong, China, and it is certainly one of the many favourites of Singaporeans all over the country. The almost glass-like skin is soft and chewy, while the prawn inside is fragrant and delicious. Even though the tutorial did not turn out the way it was supposed to be, I hope you guys can make a better one and will benefit from the tutorial :) Thanks for watching!
