When choosing one product over another, the design of the packaging probably influences your decision far more than you realize. Effective packaging design breaks away from the standard rules and conventions that we are accustomed to, giving the product a unique edge to stand out from the rest. The packaging should appeal to your target market.
From Wired How-To Wiki This could be you. Photo: Jon Snyder/Wired If you're serious about cold beer, you will eventually find yourself yearning for a kegerator. Finding a used one is hard to do, so you are left with two options: You can buy a new one, or convert an old refrigerator. Even a low-end commercial kegerator will run you $400 or more, and a nice one will be more than $600.

My five-year-old niece recently brought home a list of her class’s favorite meals: hot dogs, spaghetti, pizza, and one oddball: cucumber and avocado sushi rolls. “Yeah, I’d like to see that kid eat those,” my sister quipped. The struggle to get otherwise curious kids to eat vegetables is an age-old complaint. A recent trend has been to sneak veggies into other foods (remember Jessica Seinfeld’s controversy-laden cookbook ?). But as disdainful as they can be about leafy greens, kids can be jazzed about projects , which is why a new table that allows kids to grow their own food -- and (gasp!) even help out in the kitchen -- holds promise.
{Created/photographed by With Style and Grace } Growing up, this is my hands down, favorite comfort meal, tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Maybe it was all the bread and cheese I consumed that had me develope allergies to dairy and gluten? Whatever, it was totally worth it.
Ahhh, summer is officially here which means more fun time to cook with the kids. My Gooey cake bars are so simple (not to mention ridiculously delish) and the kids absolutely love to get their hands dirty to help with this one. My favorite part about these bars is the gooey fluffernutter topping, its almost caramel like consistency which makes for a perfect gooey treat.
This is such a TERRIBLE idea. Saw this and tried it. The chocolate needed to be melted, and the heat of it popped the balloons, made SUCH A MESS. A few stubborn attempts later, we had 2 chocolate balloons that hadn't popped. After cooling, we attempted to pop the balloons out of the chocolate cups and they stuck to the inside leaving balloon bits stuck to the chocolate.
