The typical champagne blend is of three grapes - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. Wines labeled as 'Blanc de Blancs' are by definition all Chardonnay, and wines labeled as 'Blanc de Noirs' contain Pinot Noir, Meunier or both in the blend.
