I'm working and updating it since May 2011. It's basically the default or 'Vanilla' Minecraft texture pack resized to 256x256 pixels. It retextures almost everything and is frequently updated. You probably won't see any difference to the default textures until you're close up to the blocks. To make the textures look better I'm using GIMP to apply bump maps I made for those (using different pictures of the respective material) as well as a few filters.
