Dans cette vidéo, Cao Shu fait voyager un personnage de l’ancienne Egypte au street art de Basquiat. Le personnage prend toutes les nationalités évoquées dans chaque période artistique.
En quelques secondes il passe d’une oeuvre réalisée à l’encre de Chine, à une autre en style japonais, en style pop art ou encore dans le style impressionniste de Van Gogh. Et tout ça juste le temps d’une cigarette et d’un verre d’eau (enfin on imagine que c’est de l’eau). Pour faire vivre son personnage, il a rajouté quelques bruitages au montage. Las posiciones enfrentadas entre quienes defienden una educación de corte tradicional, centrada en la adquisición de conocimientos, y la de quienes defienden una educación emocional, centrada en acompañar al alumno en la emergencia de sus propios talentos e inteligencia interior, es un debate estéril. De hecho, no creo en la cultura del debate, de confrontar puntos de vista. Porque en un combate uno se aferra a sus armas y argumentos para tratar de vencer a la otra parte.
Y muy a menudo se trata de férreos atrincheramientos ideológicos tras los que se olvida lo útil y la verdad. Prefiero compartir puntos de vista y encontrar lo complementario de cada uno para conseguir una visión más global y general. En el caso de un conflicto, se trata de encontrar la solución en la que todos ganemos o nos beneficiemos. La visión de que la vida es una lucha competitiva no va conmigo.
