We would like to thank all of you for participating in AppCode development, for reporting bugs, taking part in discussions on our forum, giving us valuable suggestions and ideas. We planned quite a lot for this release, and although not everything got into the final version, we surely put 111% effort in features that did get there. Everything that wasn’t included in this release we’ll definitely add next time! Plus, of course, if you have more cool ideas and suggestions, we’re all ears. As usual, you can download the AppCode 1.6 Release Candidate build from our AppCode EAP page.

What Is AirServer?

One of the issues when using a laptop connected to a big screen is that you need to be within arms reach of the keyboard to page through your presentation. Sometimes this setup is neither practical nor desirable. For instance, suppose you want to direct a presentation standing beside a big screen at the front of a room. Sprinting back and forth to your laptop or winking awkwardly at a co-working to page forward can break the flow of a presentation. AirServer installed on your laptop solves this problem by giving you the freedom direct your presentations how you really want to.
