Deputy head Betty Port discusses how she looked at restructuring lessons to transform and advance learning across her school At All Saints, teaching and learning had always been a priority in the school development plan (SDP), but when, in September 2005, it was made my responsibility as part of my deputy head role, we introduced more formal methods of identifying areas for improvement.
