My family certainly does, so occasionally we mix it up by having a sandwich and soup night or even breakfast for dinner. I mean, who says we have to always follow the rules at dinnertime? Mission has offered me and nine other bloggers the chance to submit a unique dinner recipe using Mission products for an amazing contest.

The winner will be featured in an advertorial in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine and win a cash prize! Mission sent us a load of different sizes of tortillas and tortilla chips to create this special recipe. Since my family enjoys wraps of all kinds for both lunch and dinner, I decided to do a take on that. So, the Bacon, Spinach, Chive and Cream Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups recipe was perfected (after many taste testings) and I truly feel that I have created something that offers a fun and creative way to eat dinner for the whole family. Add that Mud to 1/4 cup of melted butter. Toss the butter and crumbs together until mixed well.
