I never thought I’d ever make a pattern with such a difficult rating but many of my testers were unable to complete the puff flowers. The puff flower stitch that is used in this bonnet is similar to the one that I use in my puff flower headband, the one difference is that I added one extra step to each puff as I found that it made the puffs fuller.
