Create a new email (or forward an existing one)2. Set the “to:” to nudge@nudgemail.com3. Set the “subject:” to the day, date, or time when you want the NudgeMail to come back to you. Or use the email “to:” to control NudgeMail 1. Set a NudgeMail for a day or month: Most NudgeMail commands are really basic, using common sense vocabulary to control your reminders.

Remember, use either the “nudge@nudgemail.com” or “(your reminder period)@nudgemail.com” format. I've had lots of requests to cover Things for a while now, but I've always felt it needed a few tweaks on the integration side, especially due to my personal reliance on using both a task management application along with the standard Apple email application.
